Eminente All Starsfor festivals

A dancer spinning on the floor in front of the stage, their hair caught in the backlight.

We bring Cuban music to your festival with a band that loves to play together. And a big part of that is sharing what happens on stage with the people on the dance floor.

Son cubano is where we start. From there, we move into salsa, timba and Latin jazz. We come from different places (Cuba, Latin America and Scandinavia) and each of us brings something of our own into the music. That is how we build the sound of Eminente All Stars.

For us, a concert comes alive through that exchange. Someone plays a phrase, someone else takes it somewhere, and the dancers become part of it too. We have a direction, of course, but we also like to leave room for what happens when we are all there together.

If you can see this happening at your festival, have a look at our live videos and get in touch. We would love to hear what you are putting together and talk about how Eminente All Stars could be part of it.

About Eminente All Stars

Eminente All Stars brings together musicians from Cuba, Latin America and Scandinavia around a shared love of Cuban music and the possibilities of playing it together.

We start with son cubano and move into salsa, timba and Latin jazz. Each of us comes with a different musical background, and we like to hear those differences in the band. They shape the way we play, the ideas we bring, and how we respond to each other.

With percussion, piano, bass, guitar, horns and voices, we have plenty to work with. Sometimes we stay close to the tradition; sometimes an idea opens up and takes us somewhere else. We leave room for both.

And then there is the audience. The way people listen, move and respond becomes part of the concert too. That exchange is a big part of why we do this, and what we want to share wherever we play.

Have a look at our live videos, get to know the band, and get in touch if you would like to bring Eminente All Stars to your programme.
